STARBUCK FABRICATING:

STARBUCK MACHINING, in a move to further diversify, has added a fabricating division. We now build "Work In Process" Racks, Containers, Carts, and Fixturing. Among our recent fabricating accomplishments were the production of Lumber Stacking Racks, Forging Tables, Fabricated Machine Components, SPECIALIZED "Work In Process" Carts for transferring machined parts from one division to another and some Part Discharge Chutes. We now have the equipment in house to do most operations allowing us to give you the most reasonable prices possible.

We have an Iron Worker that shears, punches, bends and notches, as well as a Brake Press for bending, and a Plasma Cutter, Mig & Tig Welders, Cut Off Tools, and the expertise to do just about any job. In addition we are teamed up with skilled engineers in order to be able to offer design, as well. With MasterCam Software for cad work and ShopTech Software for job processing, your projects will flow through the shop from design to completion. Using bar coding, each step in the process is monitored as it flows through the shop, helping us achieve "on time" deliveries.
