STARBUCK PRODUCTS:
We can meet all your replacement parts needs, including manufacturer of
obsolete parts and specialty items, all made to your specs. We manufacture
pulleys, hubs, welded assemblies, gears, axles pins, manifolds, bushings,
plates, shafts, linkages, fixtures, and fittings. We do secondary work:
drilling, tapping, threading, milling, hard turning, and centerless grinding.

Machining excels in 3D machining, both in 1 and 2 piece prototypes and production.
Using Mastercam X we are able to download your files; then program and machine
your parts to your design. We have the capabilities of 3D machining in exotic
metals, tool steels, and common materials like aluminum, mild steels and
plastics. Our tolerances, depending on the material, can be as tight as
+/- .0002. We can handle parts from 20" X 20" X 40" to parts
as small as a dime. Our Excel and our Cincinnati CNC milling machines are
state of the art and can produce a finished surface without the need of
any further polishing. Let us "cut chips" on your project.
