STARBUCK MACHINING is a family owned business, started by father-son team Richard and Aaron Starbuck in April 2002. Combined, they offer over 25 years of machining and machine shop management skills.

With a serious dedication to service and quality, the "family" of employees, has a positive "yes we can" attitude toward any project a customer might present. There are not many projects they are afraid to tackle. Starbuck Machining works with a variety of materials, from steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and exotic metals to nylon and plastics. They manufacture pullies, hubs, gears, pins, welded assemblies, axles, manifolds, bushings, plates, shafts, linkages, fixtures and fittings. They do drilling, tapping, threading, milling, hard turning and centerless grinding.

Starbuck Machining is compliant with ISO standards. In addition, "one call does it all" because Starbuck Machining networks with other area businesses to provide all additional services needed on any item they produce, such as heat treat, grinding, laser or waterjet cutting, or special finishes.

Everyone in the shop constantly thinks outside the box: "How can we do this job faster, cheaper, without compromising quality?" Since starting, they have invested in additional lathes, mills, 3D software and E2 Shop Control software in order to be able to implement the plans and ideas from this "outside the box" thinking, for the benefit of the customer.
